Frequently Asked Questions

Why can't I have Ultra when Openreach has made it available to my area?

Your local exchange (the big building that holds all of the servers and systems needed to connect your internet) will have equipment in it that is installed and owned by certain providers. They will use this equipment to transfer the connection from the exchange to the local cabinet (the green box on your street) and then into your home.

If we can not provide you with Fibre broadband then this means that unfortunately we do not currently have our equipment available for use at your local exchange.
